Sponsoring the Event
This event is only possible through support and sponsorship.
There are 3 tiers of monetary sponsorship:

- The values are subject to VAT at the current rate of 23%.
- The sponsorship is considered active when the funds have been received.
- The organization reserves the right to refuse sponsorship.
¹ The Diamond tier is limited to 1 sponsor.
² A dedicated post of thanks to each sponsor, including a customized promotion (agreed upon with the sponsor) for the Gold and Diamond tiers.
³ Presence in printed materials is only guaranteed for sponsorships confirmed by July 31st.
⁴ Exhibition booths will be running on Friday and Saturday only. The number of booths is limited, with spaces allocated according to the tier and date of application (until September 3rd).
